( SERVICES ) — COMPANY SYSTEM AUTOMATION

Company systems
on autopilot

Most operational waste is not one big broken process. It is fifty small manual handoffs that each seemed too minor to fix.

( 01 ) — OVERVIEW

Someone exports a report and emails it. Someone re-keys an order from one system into another. Someone checks a dashboard every morning to see whether anything failed overnight. Individually each takes a few minutes. Collectively they consume a meaningful share of a working week, and they are the tasks most likely to be skipped when the week gets busy.

Automation is not about replacing people. It is about removing the copy-paste layer between systems that were never designed to talk to each other, so the people you already employ spend their time on the parts that need judgement.

The highest-value automations are usually the least glamorous: an order syncing to accounting without re-entry, a status alert firing the moment a service goes down, a weekly report assembling itself. None of it is impressive in a demo. All of it compounds.

We work with what you already run rather than proposing a migration. n8n for orchestration, direct API connections where they exist, webhooks for real-time events. If a tool in your stack has no usable API, we will tell you that during scoping rather than after invoicing.

The order of work matters. We rank candidate automations by hours consumed and by what a failure actually costs you, then build the top of that list first. It is a deliberately unromantic way to choose, and it is the reason these projects tend to pay for themselves before the final workflow ships.

( 02 ) — WHAT'S INCLUDED

Everything in
the from $1,500.

Fixed price, fixed scope, agreed in writing before anything starts. You own everything on day one.

01
Process audit

We map the repetitive manual steps across your operation and rank them by time cost and error risk.

02
Integration between existing tools

Direct API connections between the systems you already pay for, so data stops being re-keyed by hand.

03
Workflow orchestration

n8n workflows handling multi-step processes with conditional logic, retries and failure handling.

04
Webhook-driven alerts

Real-time notifications when something needs attention, so your team finds out before your customers do.

05
Scheduled jobs and reporting

Reports that assemble and deliver themselves on a schedule instead of occupying someone's Monday morning.

06
Error handling and retries

Automations that fail loudly and recover sensibly. A silent automation failure is worse than the manual step it replaced.

07
Monitoring and logging

Visibility into what ran, what failed and why, so the system is diagnosable rather than mysterious.

08
Documentation and handover

Written documentation of every workflow, so your team can maintain and extend it without us.

* Indicative starting prices in USD. Final quotes scoped per project — VAT handled for UAE & EU clients.

( 03 ) — WHO THIS IS FOR

Right fit,
and honest misfits.

Automation pays back fastest where volume is high, the steps are repetitive, and the cost of a missed step is real.

Operations teams re-keying the same data between two or more systems every day
Businesses finding out about outages or failures from customers rather than from monitoring
Companies whose reporting consumes hours of manual assembly every week
Founders spending their time on coordination that a workflow could handle

It is not worth automating everything, and we will say where the line is:

×The process changes every few weeks — automate it once it has settled, or you will pay to rebuild it
×It runs twice a month and takes ten minutes; the build will never pay that back
×The step genuinely requires judgement, in which case better tooling beats automation
( 04 ) — HOW IT RUNS

Four steps,
no surprises.

01Audit
Manual steps mapped and ranked by time cost and error risk.
02Connect
APIs and webhooks wired between the systems you already run.
03Orchestrate
Multi-step workflows built with real error handling, not happy-path only.
04Monitor
Logging and alerting so failures surface immediately, plus written documentation.

UD Studios GAME STUDIO · BACKEND + INFRA · LANDING — 2025

A game team burning cycles on backend and infra instead of shipping, finding out about downtime from angry players. We stood up and now manage their backend and infrastructure, shipped a launch landing page, and wired webhook-powered server status alerts so the team is first to know.

For UD Studios we wired webhook-powered server status alerts so the team is first to know when anything breaks — previously they heard about downtime from angry players.

( 06 ) — FAQ

System Automation,
answered straight.

How much does business process automation cost?

Company system automation starts from $1,500, an indicative starting price in USD. The quote depends on how many systems are being connected, whether they have usable APIs, and how much conditional logic and error handling the workflows need.

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with a usable API, plus a wide range of platforms through n8n. In practice that covers most mainstream accounting, CRM, courier, payment, messaging and storage tools. Confirming which of your specific systems can be integrated is part of scoping, because some genuinely cannot.

Will this replace our staff?

That is not what we are selling. The target is the copy-paste layer between systems — exports, re-keying, manual status checks. The intent is that the people you already employ spend their time on work that needs judgement.

What happens when an automation fails?

It fails loudly. Every workflow we build has error handling, retries where retrying is safe, and alerting so somebody knows immediately. A silent failure is worse than the manual step it replaced, because nobody notices until the damage has accumulated.

Do we need to change the software we currently use?

Usually not. We work with what you already run rather than proposing a migration — that is normally cheaper and far less disruptive. If a tool genuinely cannot be integrated, we will tell you during scoping and lay out the options.

Can you automate WhatsApp order updates?

Yes, and for Tamil Nadu retail and D2C sellers it is often the highest-value automation available. Order status and returns reliably make up the majority of support volume, and both are fully answerable by a system with API access to your courier and order data.
